The achords during the exercise can be alternated. This is what helps in exercising the
skillfulness of the left hand.
There are 24 Formulas for each variation of strikes.
This book consists of three chapters with three units per chapter.
Each unit includes five paragraphs with five variations in each paragraph.
At the beginning of each unit, the first Formula F1 is listed with the combination of
strikes that concerns the whole paragraph.
