Golpe is fundamental for the Flamenco guitar technique. Golpe involves tapping the body of the guitar. This book of Golpe gives much material for the student to obtain the Golpe technique. Inside the book you will find many variations such as:

  1. Golpe with pulgar (thumb) combination.

  3. Strike one or more strings by the Pulgar in combination with Golpe and more others aspects of the Golpe technique.

PULGAR

Volume I

The pulgar plays a critical role in the flamenco guitar technique space. However, if you try to find a comprehensive bibliographic reference to pulgar you will be vastly disappointed. These references are either fragmented, incomplete or very few exercises are proposed or offered for practice. These small available collections of exercises are not sufficiently large for a student to practice and effectively learn the pulgar techniques.

PULGAR

Volume II

The present book refers exclusively to pulgar exercises and is the continuation of Volume I. Contains pulgar exercises on the chromatic scales of a string (8 notes) modified either with repetitions and note duplications or with combinations of the above modifications.
One part of volume II based on ascending and descending Formulas (rolling) of the left hand.
Another part of volume II is based on chromatic scales of two adjacent strings.
